About The Owner
Brian’s journey in HVAC began over a decade ago at Henry Abbott Technical School, where he laid the foundation for what would become a passionate and successful career. After graduating, he joined a plumbing company in Danbury, quickly rising to lead their HVAC department. It was there that he began honing his technical skills and leadership abilities.
Seeking new challenges, Brian joined a fast-growing HVAC company that served a diverse range of homes — everyday residences to multimillion-dollar properties, including those of a few celebrities. This experience enriched his skills across the board, deepening his expertise in a wide range of systems and the specialized attention each type needs.
Later, Brian took on the role of Commercial Project Manager. In this position, he mastered the art of juggling multiple projects, accurate estimating, and - most critically - staying on budget. Though successful, he found himself missing hands-on work and the personal connection with homeowners.
That desire to get back to what he loved most led to the creation of Reilly Mechanical.
